We offer the most comprehensive Water Purification Phx AZ options in the industry. Some of the factors which will determine the price is water pressure; is there an ice line; do we have to drill a hole in a granite counter top; is there a designer faucet that you desire? If you want to purchase the rental equipment we are happy to negotiate a fair price. Our main objective is to do whatever it takes to keep you as a life time customer. When was the process of Reverse Osmosis first invented?
The first functional RO unit was produced by Professor Yuster at UCLA in 1959. The process of Reverse Osmosis Purification was first developed to desalinate sea water. Our company began installing Residential and Commercial Reverse Osmosis purified drinking water systems in the 1970’s. We have been perfecting our installation and service techniques on reverse osmosis units for many years. Over ten years ago we established a written document outlining our Reverse Osmosis filter change, sanitization, maintenance and Service Techniques and Procedures. We call this document our Reverse Osmosis Service Manual established October 15, 1998 . We continue to revise this manual as our water changes in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. As our client’s needs change – we continue to look for ways to keep our processes and equipment ‘on the cutting edge of technology’. Two of the most important processes which we follow are hyper-chlorinating the entire system every year and rebuilding the Reverse Osmosis System every 5 years. We date code all of our RO components; we know the age of each part. All reverse osmosis manufacturers recommend changing the lines and the filter canisters every 5 years. The canisters are made out of plastic. The RO tubing is made out of Polyurethane. If a canister cracks, or the tubing develops a hole (while you are not home); you may return home and find water coming out the front door. If you are sleeping while the RO unit is leaking; all night long – inside your house – you may wake up and put your foot in water right by your bed side. This is not a good way to wake up. How often does that happen? Ask your home owners insurance agent about leaking and flooding RO unit claims. They may roll their eyes at you. Over time Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Units, Gilbert AZ have proven to be annoying. According to my facts (our insurance agent Milo LeBaron of ‘LeBaron and Carroll Insurance Company Established 1958’): Reverse Osmosis claims are one of the most frequent and costly claims for homeowners and insurance companies. If everyone had Rayne Water Conditioning Reverse Osmosis; if you had our service there may be NO LEAKS, NO FLOODS AND NO claims. We operate on A LAW OF zero environment. No weak links are allowed in, around or in the near the vicinity of the work we perform . If the installation and service is not performed by an Arizona Water Quality Association member/professional organization; there is no guarantee the WATER TREATMENT, SOFT WATER, WATER CONDITIONER, WATER SOFTENING, WATER SOFTENER, Whole House Water Conditioning, REVERSE OSMOSIS GILBERT AZ will be done right. It is important to plan ahead and take precaution when purchasing and maintaining a Reverse Osmosis Unit. If you don’t have a leak controller – don’t install a reverse osmosis unit. Do you drive your car without a seat belt? Don’t install a under the sink reverse osmosis water purification, water treatment Chandler, AZ if you don’t install a leak controller. If you don’t have a leak controller – don’t change the filters on your reverse osmosis unit. If there is a leak, there may be a flood. If there is a flood there may be mold. If there is mold you might have to tear your entire house down and stay in a motel (with animals including ‘a loud bird’) for at least a year. These are true stories. There are a lot of responsibilities to owning a Reverse Osmosis Purification Water Treatment unit, Gilbert AZ. Keep this in mind: if there is a leak on the RO unit – it will continue to run until you turn this unit off. Picture this: the sound of gushing water has awaken you from your slumber; you stumble to the kitchen where you see water gushing out from under the kitchen sink. You get on your knees ‘with water gushing in your face’. There is just enough light for you to see that one of the RO tubings has cracked and water is STILL shooting straight in your face. You just changed the filters yesterday. You desperately search for the RO water shut off valve. You are so cold you are shaking. You finally find the water shut off valve (you are now on your back ‘the water is falling in your face’). You turn the valve -IT DOES NOT WORK. It is broken. Maybe it never worked because the company whom installed this cheap valve (made in China) DIDN’T CARE ABOUT TOMORROW. WE CARE. WE ARE BUILDING OUR COMPANY TO LAST ANOTHER 46 YEARS – FAMILY OWNED. Reverse Osmosis Gilbert AZ; Reverse Osmosis Chandler AZ. Reverse Osmosis everywhere in the United States and Reverse Osmosis water purification and water treatment everywhere in Arizona. Rayne Water Conditioning has the best Reverse Osmosis Phoenix Arizona. We provide the best service on RO Phoenix Arizona. We also provide service and installation on Reverse Osmosis Gilbert AZ. If you call our company to handle your Water Purification Gilbert AZ you will be very satisfied.
All RO units are very sophisticated. Did you know there is a fitting (in the membrane housing) that restricts the flow of water ‘leaving the RO membrane’? This fitting is called the drain flow restrictor. This fitting prevents the water from leaving so fast (that it does not have enough contact time with the membrane). It is important for the water to have the appropriate contact time with the membrane so it will be properly purified. If the water leaves the membrane too fast – the water quality will be low. The water must have the appropriate contact time with the membrane (in order for the water to be effectively purified). Did you know there is a fitting on the other side of the membrane housing called the check valve? The purpose of the check valve is to prevent the water (from being produced too fast). If the water doesn’t have the appropriate amount of contact time with the membrane – the water will not be effectively purified. The drain flow restrictor runs at a rate of three times the production. Is it possible for the drain flow restrictor and check valve to go bad? Yes, if one of the valves goes bad – the reverse osmosis unit will not work correctly. When we touch a reverse osmosis unit we utilize a milliliter tube (time the production for 1 minute multiply this figure by 0.81) and compare the figures. If these figures do not compare appropriately, then you have a problem. Our technicians are like scientist; if the figures don’t match – they investigate – using scientific measuring tools and applying the scientific method to solving all water problems. Our Reverse Osmosis Chandler AZ is very popular.
Do you have a written process (and the milliliter tube) to check and make sure the drain is running at three times the RO water production? We do. We have this written in our manual (which our technicians follow when servicing all RO units). If the drain flow restrictor and the check valve are not working together – you will have a bad result. When we perform maintenance on RO units (at our factory or at your house) we use a milliliter tube and a stop watch to measure the flow rates of the check valve and drain flow restrictor. If you service the RO unit yourself; you may save some money, but you may never get A+ water. Why not pay an $85.00 service fee and have this service performed correctly. As time goes forward; purified drinking water equipment will continue to become more important. It will also become very important for consumers to be able to measure the quality and reliability of the company. We feel a very reliable way to ‘look inside’ a company is to look at the reviews that are being posted on Google Maps. What are people saying about this company? Do they give reliable service every time?
Our company is becoming more careful with the work we perform. As our time passes by – there is more to lose (there are more lives at stake); therefore we are more particular. If you have a cheap unit (especially a Sears or Costco or WATTS RO unit) Johnny won’t service it. We call these unit (cheap/ junk units). We are also becoming more selective of the work we choose. When we learn we are a good match with our clients; good things will happen. We like to provide the proper expertise and we like to provide the proper equipment. Have you heard the term – you get what you pay for? If you make a good water treatment investment you will receive a great result. If you hire a cheap contractor; if you buy a cheap unit (with the components manufactured in China or Taiwan) – you will get a cheap result. Do you want to drink cheap water? We promise you that we won’t serve you cheap water. We do not hire cheap employees. All of our employees are well paid and each of our employees give superior service. We provide the best health and dental insurance (to our employees)- we provide the best benefits in the industry. We give our employees two days off for Christmas (Everyone). Our company provides the finest Water Treatment in Phx, AZ. We provide the best Water Treatment in Phoenix Arizona. We also provide High Purity Water for commercial applications. If you need high purity water for your home or business – we are the right people to call; we can get the job done right the first time (and every time).
Reverse Osmosis units have been proven to be the most efficient way to provide purified water to the home and the business. Besides providing safe and delicious drinking water, there are so many applications for high purity water. No matter how much purified water you need – we can provide the right equipment for every application. Some of our associates have been involved with providing high purity water for many of the Arizona power plants. At the power plants the steam turns the turbines to produce electricity. If there are impurities in the water; this can cause the turbines to malfunction. It is also important to provide Silica free water to the turbines. There is silica in at least one water supply of the power plants. If the water has Silica – it will destroy the turbine blades. Our associates have been involved with providing exchangeable cation and anion resin to strip the water of the total dissolved solids (including the Silica). They are really good at what they do. Reverse Osmosis Gilbert, AZ. We specialize in Water Purification Phoenix AZ.
We provide high purity (deionized water) to several dentist offices. It is important to have high purity water when cleaning medical tools and equipment. One of the dentist in which we provide this service is Dr. Kent Johansen, Chandler Arizona. Dr. Johansen has done a great job with my teeth. He is a good and affordable dentist. We can provide deionized water by adding anion resin cartridges (after the reverse osmosis water) to remove the remaining total dissolved solids. We have also provided to Dr. Kent Johansen, Chandler AZ staff a TDS meter to measure the quality of the water. We provide large commercial RO units to many construction companies. A few of our construction companies are RH Dupper Landscaping and Headley Roofing.
RH Dupper Landscaping, Tempe Arizona asked us to install the water purification equipment in their foreman’s houses. This saves RH Dupper several hundred dollars a month on labor costs and water/ice expenses. Scott Otterson is the operations manager who made this good decision. The foremen do not have to pay and wait at the water vending machines. This also provided a nice employee benefit at no additional cost.
At Headley Roofing, Apache Junction Arizona the commercial RO unit is connected at their office. We have provided an extra large storage tank. The workers fill their water containers with purified water before they go into the field.
We have been involved with providing high purity water to a local microchip manufacturer. This is also a world wide chip manufacturer. This microchip manufacturing company is so particular about their image that we are not allowed to mention their name in typed media. It is very likely that the computer in which you are using has one of their chips. This company has a lot of INTEL igent people working there. We feel very fortunate to be providing our high purity -maximum contaminant level (MCL) -free; commercial water service to this company. Our Rayne Water Conditioning dealership in Phoenix Arizona specializes in Water Purification Scottsdale AZ.
Another commercial application in which we have been involved – we provided high purity water for a clean room environment. This company makes biomedical body parts. You can see a picture of this equipment by clicking here.
When we do a good job at your home – we will ask you to take us to your work. Most everyone has to work these days. We would like to meet your boss. What? That’s where we usually have to start to contract the purified drinking water business for your office. We will not disappoint you. We will make you look good. We would like to bid on the water equipment for your place of business. Once you become our customer – we always want to be with you. We want to take care of all the water in your life. We also love to network. We want to help build your business. Tell us what business you are in so we can patronize and refer your brand. We like to apply the golden rule to our business (Treat others like you want to be treated). This is a very simple rule; and it WILL NOT fail you! Our Rayne Water Conditioning dealership in Phoenix Arizona specializes in Water Purification Maricopa AZ.
In order for the Reverse Osmosis to achieve top level performance – the equipment must be of high quality; the equipment must be properly installed; the equipment must be sanitized, serviced and regularly maintained? If your Reverse Osmosis purified drinking water program does not meet these criteria – your water may not be safe to drink. Too much hetrotrophic plate count (in the RO tank) – too much risk.
How often should my RO unit be serviced/ maintained?
How much water do you drink a day? What is the quality of the incoming water? These are important considerations when you decide how often you service your RO unit. Some owners manuals instruct the RO owners to change the filters every 6 months. In our opinion (if the service is performed by a qualified service technician) the RO units should be maintained and ‘the water holding tank’ sanitized every year.
Some people change their filters monthly. Some people change their filters every quarter. Some people don’t change their filters. How long has it been since you changed your filters? You should at least sanitize the Reverse Osmosis Water Storage Tank every year (at the very minimum). We also recommend changing the RO Filters every year. You should also test the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). If we are fortunate to install one of our Reverse Osmosis Systems we will send you a post card every year – reminding you that it is time for your yearly Reverse Osmosis equipment service and filter change.
When you recieve the post card you have three options:
1. Call us to perform this service (When you rent the RO Service – this is free)
2. Have us send you the filters. Don’t forget to chlorinate and sanitize the RO storage tank
3. Forget to call us. Don’t worry, we will call you and leave a message that your Reverse Osmosis unit is due for Service.
Are you picky about the water you drink?
We find there are some people who do not properly maintain their reverse osmosis units. Because the reverse osmosis units are out of sight many of our clients enjoy the hassle free maintenance that we provide. We notify you. Perform the installation, filter replacement and sanitization. If you don’t take care of the RO filter unit – it won’t take care of you.
Can bad things happen if I don’t service my Reverse Osmosis Purified Drinking Water System?
You can get sick. We have performed Heterotrophic plate count tests comparing equipment that had recently been serviced to equipment that had skipped at least one service. The heterotophic plate count was extremely high in the unserviced unit. This can make you ill. When you install our equipment we take care of all these services: reverse osmosis filter change, sanitization, service and parts, repair, great customer service and delicious water. Our equipment works every time. I recently lost 20 lbs. I think a lot of my success has been drinking a lot of good water, eating right and plenty of excessive. The first on the list is good water. It keeps your belly full. You can sit back and enjoy the delicious purified reverse osmosis drinking water. All the water comes out of a RO Faucet. If the water treatment equipment is properly maintained you will have safe and delicious water. If we are involved you will have a great experience. Rayne Water Conditioning provides reverse osmosis Phoenix AZ, reverse osmosis Phx AZ, reverse osmosis Gilbert AZ, reverse osmosis Chandler AZ.
Because the water is so high in chlorine it causes the membranes to fail. It is important to have adequate chlorine pre treatment? What is adequate chlorine pre treatment? It is water having enough contact time with chlorine.
One example of this is at Dr. Kent Johanson office the reverse osmosis membrane continued to fail frequently. We got our water expert (Water Agent X) involved to determine that the chlorine content had continued to rise since 2001. We weren’t doing anything different. Because the chlorine content of the water is so high the carbon filters – presently installed had to be upgraded. This solved the problem and Dr. Johanson is still working on my teeth. Reverse Osmosis service Phoenix, Arizona. Reverse Osmosis service Buckeye, Arizona.
Should I rent or should I purchase?
Do you change the oil on your car? Do you lease your car? Many people are leasing (renting) important equipment. The advantages of leasing the reverse osmosis water purification equipment from our company is this: the service is on our shoulders. The reverse osmosis units are very sophisticated units. In order for this water treatment equipment to work correctly – you have to use the proper techniques and knowledge and components to deliver the highest quality water. Because of our buying power we can provide the highest quality parts and components to deliver the best reverse osmosis unit in the land. Our rental units utilize sustainable attributes to deliver the most dependable and affordable rental water softener and rental reverse osmosis units. We include a leak controller on every installation. The leak controller will prevent your home from flooding. If moisture is detected under your sink – the leak controller will flip a switch shutting the RO unit off. It will also make an audible alarm. This devise is battery operated. We take care of changing the batteries in this unit. If you every have any leaks or problems we will take care of all problems very quickly. Because of the rigorous attention to detail – the equipment we rent and service does not ever have any leaks. Give us a try – you will be impressed.
How does the rental program work?
1. We will be happy to stop by for a site inspection at no cost or obligation
2. There is a minimum of $75 connection fee. The fee may increase due to extra work. That’s why we like to stop by to give you an accurate estimate. Do you have a granite counter top? We have to use a diamond bit drill. We will have to charge you more. If we have to run an ice line – there will be an extra charge. Sometimes it takes several hours to fish the RO line through cabinets, in back of ranges, around corners and pantries.
3. If you rent our water purification equipment – we install reconditioned (Reverse Osmosis Units). The equipment is like new. Francisco and Johnny work very hard sanitizing, changing, upgrading all the components. They replace all the filters and the filter media in these units.
4. Every Reverse Osmosis unit we install receives a leak control device.
5. We change the RO unit out every year/ We change the Water Softener every 5 years (at no cost)

Did Rayne Water Reverse Osmosis, RO Service install my unit?
Even if we did not install your reverse osmosis water purification devise we can still help you. We are happy to give you friendly free advise. Just pick up the phone and call us right now . Today we had two men bring their RO units to our factory. We hooked these units on our RO board. Francisco was able to diagnose and change the parts while the men waited. Since the men purchased some parts we did not even charge the customers a service fee. This is the kind of service you can expect from our company. Many of our clients come to us with a certain expectation and we are able to take their expectation to a new level. You can rest assured that you will receive this same level of service every time. You will receive this same level of service from every employee and every customer service representative. Try calling our office ; many times we answer the phone before our customers hear the first ring. We try to solve your water problems with one phone call; one visit; one installation. We are not perfect, but we try to get really close.
We have found that each house is different. We have clients whom have to change their RO filters every 6 months in Chandler and Gilbert because of the alum. This substance forms a gooey slime which clogs the reverse osmosis filters and prevents the water from flowing; causing low water pressure (out of the Reverse Osmosis faucet). Alum is used by the cities to treat their municipal water. However, not every house in Gilbert and Chandler Arizona have this problem. Therefore, we have hypothesized that one of the determining factors may be: where is your house on the plumbing line? We have noticed that homes that are closer to water treatment plants have more problems with alum and cation resin disintegration. Why? The houses which are closer to the water treatment plants get a bigger dose of alum and chlorine. We value our customers opinions and input above all else. We want to take care of all the water in your life for all your life. We also would like to remind you that you can refer your friends and family and receive a $50.00 reward. You may apply this to your account as a referral credit; or Kathy (our book keeper) will send you a check.
Loma Linda University researchers found that drinking 5 or more 8-ounce glasses of water a day could help lower the risk of heart disease by up to 60 percent—exactly the same drop you get from stopping smoking, lowering your LDL cholesterol number, exercising, or losing a little weight.
We are having some clients call us today from the Queen Creek, Johnson Ranch area. Apparently, the water company has identified that E Coli is present in the water supply. Our customers are asking us if our equipment will remove E Coli. Based upon the removal characteristics of the reverse osmosis process – the answer is yes (99.9%).
Here is some information I have found to substantiate this claim:

What is E. Coli?
Escherichia coli ( /ˌɛʃɨˈrɪkiə ˈkoʊlaɪ/; commonly abbreviated E. coli) is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium that is commonly found in the lower intestine of warm-blooded organisms (endotherms). Most E. coli strains are harmless, but some serotypes can cause serious food poisoning in humans, and are occasionally responsible for product recalls due to food contamination. The harmless strains are part of the normal flora of the gut, and can benefit their hosts by producing vitamin K2, and by preventing the establishment of pathogenic bacteria within the intestine.
E. coli and related bacteria constitute about 0.1% of gut flora, and fecal-oral transmission is the major route through which pathogenic strains of the bacterium cause disease. Cells are able to survive outside the body for a limited amount of time, which makes them ideal indicator organisms to test environmental samples for fecal contamination. There is, however, a growing body of research that has examined environmentally persistent E. coli which can survive for extended periods of time outside of the host. The bacterium can also be grown easily and inexpensively in a laboratory setting, and has been intensively investigated for over 60 years. E. coli is the most widely studied prokaryotic model organism, and an important species in the fields of biotechnology and microbiology, where it has served as the host organism for the majority of work with recombinant DNA
In May 2011, one E. coli strain, Escherichia coli O104:H4, has been the subject of a bacterial outbreak that began in Germany. Certain strains of E. coli are a major cause of foodborne illness. The outbreak started when several people in Germany were infected with enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) bacteria, leading to hemolytic-uremic syndrome (HUS), a medical emergency that requires urgent treatment. The outbreak did not only concern Germany, but 11 other countries, including regions in North America. On 30 June 2011 the German Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung (BfR) (Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, a federal, fully legal entity under public law of the Federal Republic of Germany, an institute within the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection) announced that seeds of fenugreek from Egypt were likely the cause of the EHEC outbreak.

The Million Dangers of Tap Water
Is your tap water really that bad or are we just being paranoid? Read on….
Clean water is one of the most important needs of our bodies. It is a sad fact that something as essential to life as clean drinking water can no longer be granted to us. Unsafe water is not just a third world problem. In fact, safe drinking water is even harder to find specially in industrially developed countries such as the U.S.
According to research articles and news, most tap and well water in the U.S. now are not safe for drinking due to heavy industrial and environmental pollution. We have reached a point that, all sources of our drinking water, including municipal water systems, wells, lakes, rivers, and even glaciers, contain some level of contamination.
Contaminants range from naturally-occurring minerals to man-made chemicals and by-products. While many contaminants are found at levels not enough not to cause immediate discomforts or sicknesses , it is proven that even low-level exposure to many common contaminants will, over time, cause severe illness including liver damage, cancer, and other serious ailments. Even the chemicals commonly used to treat municipal water supplies such as chlorine and fluoride are toxic and are known to have significant adverse effects on the human body.
There are 35,000 pesticides containing 600 chemical compounds. Yet municipal water systems are only required to test for six. Many of these chemicals are known to cause birth defects, nerve damage, sterility and cancer.
The General Accounting Office reports that 20% of the nation’s 65,000 community systems are unable to meet minimum standards set by the Safe Drinking Water Act.
More than 700 organic chemicals have been identified in drinking water, and some of them are suspected cancer causing agents.
A recent government study found that more than 25% of all large U.S. public water systems contain traces of one or more toxic substances. … Public water systems do not test for the carcinogens and other dangerous chemicals that are being found.
Does Our Alkalinity Reverse Osmosis remove Fluoride from your water? Yes
RO and Fluoride
According to a 2008 University of Nebraska guide, reverse osmosis can remove many typical impurities from water. These include dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium, as well as solid particles and pesticide contaminants. The guide states that RO systems will remove fluoride ions from water. This guide also notes that RO units can be configured to produce enough fluoride-free water for an entire household, and recommends that a reliable water treatment dealer be consulted to choose and install the most appropriate system.
Here are several recent articles relating to fluoridation which I have found in our local newspaper: The Arizona Republic (on line azcentral.com).

Is fluoride harmful to your health?
Thursday, January 05, 2006
Research that fluoride (the decay-preventative added to water and dental products) can make people sick; but improved diet and complete fluoride withdrawal can relieve symptoms.(a)
Fluoride’s harmful health effects, except to teeth, are rarely studied in the U.S. and, in fact, are often discouraged(b).

We continue to train to make sure our technicians and processes are the most advanced in our field.
We are training today to drill holes in granite counter tops. This allows us to install a reverse osmosis faucet in granite counter tops (where a hole does not exist). We utilize diamond tip drill bits to perform this process. Johnny was our trainer. I was the first to drill a hole today. I was impressed with our tools and our instructor and our process.
Junior (he is the man holding the water bucket) just informed me that he drilled 5 holes in the granite at today’s granite hole drilling training. I explained to Junior that this qualifies him as a semi- expert. I asked Junior if this training was effective and his expression and his words confirmed this.
