Filtersorb SP3 – Green Water Conditioning

Filtersorb SP3 – The Green Water Conditioning Process

filtersorbsp3Boyett’s Family Water Treatment understands the importance of being environmentally responsible.

Introducing a new water conditioning system, the Filtersorb SP3.

What sets the Filtersorb SP3 apart from other systems?

  • Maintenance Free
  • No Release of Harmful Minerals or Chemicals
  • No Waste Water
  • Reduces Energy Consumption – NO ELECTRICITY REQUIRED!
  • Preserves Beneficial Minerals
  • Eliminates Chlorine
  • Salt Free
  • Reduces Soap & Chemical Use by 30-40%
  • Eliminates Existing Scale

How Does the Filtersorb SP3 System Work?

Classic water softening units operate through ion exchange. Through this process calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with an equal amount of sodium. This creates a high sodium content in the water supply. The Filtersorb SP3 works via nanotechnology. Water passes through the tank and through the fluidized Filtersorb SP3 media. The media acts as a catalyst and the hardness minerals (calcium and magnesium) are transformed into Nano particles or crystals. These Nano particles pass through plumbing lines, fixtures and appliances without attaching. This process also eliminates existing mineral build up. In a few short weeks of using this system, you will see the pre-existing build up disappearing.

The Result: 99% Scale Prevenvion Without Adding Harmful Minerals or Chemicals into Our Environment

Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning understands the importance of being environmentally responsible and is committed to developing water treatment processes that will help solve environmental challenges. The Filtersorb SP3 water conditioning system is a maintenance free, chemical free, salt free “green” water conditioning process. Unlike other conditioners, Filtersorb SP3 does not release harmful minerals or chemicals into our water system, does not waste excessive amounts of water, reduces energy consumption, and preserves beneficial minerals.

  • does not release harmful minerals or chemicals into our water system
  • does not waste excessive amounts of water
  • reduces energy consumption
  • preserves beneficial minerals

How the Filtersorb SP3 System Works
The “classical” water-softening unit operates on the basis of ion exchange; exchanging calcium and magnesium ions in water with an equivalent amount of sodium (Salt). When a water softener is used, the result is not only soft water, but also increased sodium content in the water supply. Additionally, these softening units require water for backwashing and common Brine water “salt water” for regeneration.

Filtersorb SP3 is catalytic media that prevents the formation of scale and eliminates existing scale by accelerating the transformation of the calcium and magnesium minerals into harmless “Nano” crystal particles. As these nano crystal particles flow through plumbing systems, they do not attach to pipes, fixtures, valves, or heating elements; the result is 99% scale prevention without adding harmful minerals or chemicals into our environment.

Filtersorb SP3 Anti-Scale Media And Nano Technology
What is Nanotechnology?
Nanotechnology is a multidisciplinary field in that it involves a spectrum of disciplines to include but not limited to physics, engineering, and chemistry. The science of nanotechnology enables the transformation of everyday materials into revolutionary technologies and today is used in a number of applications such as medical devices, computer devices, car converters, and water filters. In fact, for centuries the methodologies of nanotechnology have been used, such as in the creation of colors in stained glass windows. The difference today, is that we now have greater knowledge and understanding of nanotechnology and are able to apply this revolutionary science more readily and design nano materials for specific purposes.

How does Filtersorb SP3 Filtration Process Work?
Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning has embraced the cutting edge science of nanotechnology and through extensive research and development has developed the catalytic Filtersorb SP3 filtration media used to prevent and remove calcium scale. The overall filtration process of the Filtersorb SP3 is broken down into three phases:

  • In the first phase, the calcium and magnesium is removed from the water. The catalytic surface of the Filtersorb media pulls the calcium and magnesium ions from the water and converts these ions into harmless nano crystal particles. These nano crystals are so small that they are approximately one billionth of a meter; 100,000 times smaller than a single strand of hair.
  • In the second phase of the filtration process, the existing scale in the piping and hardware is removed. The nono crystal particles are neutral and are unable to attach to any surfaces, but due to their large surface area and nano structure, bind to the calcium ions in the scale, gradually breaking the grid structure of the calcium deposits. Over time, the calcium scale deposits within the pipes and equipment are completely removed.
  • In the third phase and final phase filtration process, a 3 to 5 micron protective corrosion layer is formed. This layer forms because of the reaction of the nano surface of the crystals and the metallic surface of the pipes. This is comparable to the green layer of verdigris on a copper roof. As soon as the protective layer is formed it can no longer grow bigger, but it creates complete protection.

Presently Filtersorb SP3 is successfully used in a number of applications for both residential and commercial usages. Virtually maintenance free, Chemical free, and salt free, Filtersorb SP3 media has proven to be an effective environmental alternative where benefits and overall performance surpasses competitors.

Advantages over the Competition:

Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning provides the only perfectly round sized catalytic media with the highest conversion capacity on the market enhancing the overall performance and life expectancy of the Filtersorb SP3 media when compared to other medias available in the market today.

What contact time is needed for a Filtersorb SP3 system? Depending on the flow rate, the Filtersorb SP3 systems are designed to have contact times as fast as 2 seconds. The catalytic reaction is immediate and the Nano particles are formed immediately on the surface of the media. They then break off as nano particles and go to service. The systems are designed to convert 99% of the temporary hardness of calcium and magnesium based on flow rates and equipment design.

How many grains hard will the Filtersorb SP3 Anti-scale media treat?
The Filtersorb SP3 system treats up to 100 grains hard. Contact our technical support team for more information.

What is the life expectancy of the media?
The catalytic reaction is consistent at the highest level for the life of the media. Because of the high quality of manufacturing, we estimate the SP3 media will last a minimum of 5 years based on proper flow rate and equipment design.

Does the Filtersorb SP3 media require a rest time?Residential and light industrial applications do not require a rest time. For large industrial commercial applications, please contact our technical support team.

Testing and certification
The media has been tested and meets NSF 61 Standard. This is an independent test standard for health effects that was performed by an independent lab WQA (Water Quality Association).

Filtersorb SP3 Salt less Anti-Scale Media
The technologically advanced Filtersorb SP3 Salt less Anti-Scale media is an innovative solution that prevents all of the negative effects of calcium and magnesium, while allowing the positive health benefits to remain. The system is maintenance free, chemical free, salt free and does not require costly regeneration and backwashing.

The Principal Behind our Anti-Scale Media
The principal behind our salt less anti-scale media is quite simple. The Filtersorb SP3 salt less anti-scaler media acts as a catalyst by accelerating the transformation of the calcium and magnesium minerals into harmless “Nano” partcles. When the inlet water goes into the water conditioner, the up flow pulls the water through the fluidized Filtersorb SP3 media which then acts as a catalyst and pulls the harness minerals of calcium and magnesium out of the solution and then transforms these minerals into inactive Nano crystal particles. Because the harmless minerals have been transformed into Nano particles, these Nanoscopic particles make their way through plumbing systems without attaching on to pipes, fixtures, valves, or heating elements. An important secondary benefit is that the exiting scale in pipes and equipment is also dissolved over time. The manganese and calcium already built up on the walls of pipes and equipment will slowly dissolve and in just a few short weeks mineral build up will be eliminated.

Filtersorb SP3 Saltless Anti-Scale Media Development
Our environment safe Filtersorb SP3 salt less anti-scale media was initially developed by Watch Water Germany to serve as an alternative to commercial softeners used for scale control. Because commercial softeners discharge sodium into waste water supplies during the regeneration process, many of our European companies were faced with expensive discharge government permits and need a cost effective alternative. Another reason for the development of the Filtersorb SP salt less anti-scale media was to address the heightened concern by European health and research agencies that trough the removed from home water supplies and causing serious health problems due to the lack of these vital minerals and excess of sodium in the drinking water. The Filtersorb SP3 salt less anti-scale media developed by this company addresses both of these concerns and is a major break though in the anti-scaling water treatment market for both commercial and residential applications and has proven to be a successful alternative to commercial and residential softeners.

Our Unique Manufacturing Process
Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning has worked closely with our customers to understand their problems, explore possible solutions, and then bring those solutions to life through our top of the line scientific and manufacturing capabilities. Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning manufacturing process is unique to our Filtersorb SP3 Anti-scale Media and is currently awaiting patents for its exclusive manufacturing process and advanced technological design. Our Filtersorb SP3 salt less anti-scale media is manufactured in a clean room environment and has a long manufacturing production and has expanded into a new 60 thousand square foot state of the art facility. Our company has made a multi million dollar commitment to support this latest technologies and advanced research tat will continue to increase manufacturing and ensure the utmost quality and supply control.

Description Of Work: Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning installed a new salt free water conditioner in my home.

Member Comments: I had done my research as to what type of water conditioner I wanted installed in my home. It had to provide good tasting, odor free water at all faucets, it had to waste no water and reduce/eliminate scale build up in my pipes. I spoke to Brian at Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning and he said they had a new system that was being installed in his home but had not installed anywhere else but if I was willing to try it they would install one in my home. We agreed to a date and it was installed very professionally.
This new water conditioner exceeds all my expectations to date we have great tasting water, no chlorine odor and I am not dumping 100’s of gallons of salt water down the drain.
I highly recommend this water conditioning system and Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning located in Mesa, Arizona.

Member Comments: We originally ordered and utilized the Eliminator B100 from Boyett’s Family Water Treatment. This system worked extremely well and the install was great. When we read of a newer system provided by this company we decided to try it.
The Filtersorb Media reduces the hard water scale but does not provide a true “soft” water experience. It also removes the chlorine and other chemicals from our water for use.
We are pleased with this product. Another great benefit of this system is that it does not use salt or electricity. This system runs with water pressure only.
So now we have the ideal system for us! Yay!

Subject: Info. on our new water “softner” system

We are extremely pleased with this new system.

I didn’t want to say anything too quickly because I wanted to make sure of what I was talking about.

Here is what we noticed so far:

the spot residue has left the bathroom faucets – the kitchen faucet is new and is a brushed finish so we can’t count that

the build-up of white particles on the hall shower (which Cathy uses everyday) is going away- hurrah!

the dishes from the dish washer are sparkling – no spots and we haven’t changed any of the products we used

we don’t have to watch weekly for the warning that the softner will run

our clothes are feeling softer especially the wash cloths

the clothes are also smelling cleaner – we haven’t changed laundry soap

Mom said to me this morning, “Cathy this is how our water used to be years ago and I thought we’d never see this again.”

We are so glad we found you and I (Cathy) have been talking to people I knows who have water softners. So I’ll keep talking!

Brian,

I need direction as to what I am to put in the Better Business Bureau information. I want the info to be direct and to the point. Because people usually won’t read too much unless they are serious about finding information.

Your service to us has been priceless and we can’t thank you enough for inventing a quality product.

Sincerely,

Cathy Spencer

When I received this e mail today I was surprised:

It is my policy not to publicly endorse companies because of my four decades of being a newspaper reporter. I just don’t want to get into any potential conflicts of interest.

I am happy to report that all my water issues have been resolved. The yucky taste and cloudy water are gone.

So we need to set up monthly payments. I prefer automatic payments and any time in the last week of the month would be ideal.

Thanks for the excellent service.

I have been getting the messages about the Tuesday music events and plan to go one of those days. For some reason, I have been unusually busy lately.

I had a very positive experience with both ****** ******, who came out to discuss my desire for the salt free water conditioner and the (in my mind) possible difficult installation. I have a lot of stuff in my garage. The installer was very prompt and very informative of what he was going to do in the installation. He did an excellent job in the installation as well as the explanation of how the whole plumbing and bypass (if needed) system worked. Being of the ‘Trust but Verify’ generation, I purchased water test strips from the pet store (fish aquarium section). My baseline was the water in the backyard hose that did not get flushed, result=HARD 300 ppm. One week later, the water from my kitchen sink, result=SOFT 25 ppm. And the added bonus would be the carbon filter that makes the water out of my bathroom sink actually taste GOOD! Thank you Boyette Family Rayne Water Conditioning.

This customer had a POSITIVE experience with this business.

This customer WOULD recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

My parents use Boyett for both the under counter RO system and for the water softener rentals… We just moved here and into a house 20 years old that has never had treated water… needless to say – our pipes are full of deposits, our water is gross and extremely hard. After speaking with ******, he was able to come out (late at that to accommodate our schedules)and to give us the run-down. We didn’t really want a water “softener but he had our solution with the Filtersorb – it gives us the better quality water we wanted, but will help our pipes too (without the added sodium and slickness from a softener) which is what we wanted. We were going out of town for the weekend, but he was able to send the installation person on a Friday morning and he was done way before we had to leave. There was potential for him to have to mess up our stucco on the exterior of our home to get the system installed, but he went up into the attic and cut a hole in the dry wall inside of the garage instead (so much happier about this – we can fix drywall) and in case we did have to mess with the stucco, he had a reference that we would have used if we had to… anyway… we had the system installed in a couple of hours, nothing on the exterior of our garage had to be done, we have a beautiful couple of tanks in our garage, he cleaned up his mess and the paperwork was a breeze… knowing that in four years, they will replace it for free is pretty awesome, and knowing if there are any issues between now and then is also pretty awesome. We were happy with the install price and we are happy with the monthly fee. Our water tastes better and I am happy that (eventually) our pipes will be in better shape and the accumulation will be greatly reduced… they also gave my parents a $50 credit for referring us… cool & easy company to work with.

We have been a water softener customer of Boyett’s Family Water Treatment for over 10 years. We just recently moved and decided to change to the Filtersorb media and carbon filter rental service. Our experience with the new system has been very positive. As always the service technician was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, very courteous, neat, and the job was completed quickly. We highly recommend Boyett’s based on our experience.

Replaced our traditional water softener with a Filtersorb environmental friendly unit. Installation was quick and simple. The technician also found during final testing that our home pressure regulator was bad likely savings us from a disaster. We noticed immediately that the hot water is now “hotter” and the water looks clearer.

This customer had a POSITIVE experience with this business.

This customer WOULD recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

Boyett’s Family Water Treatment installed the original water conditioning equipment in this house years before we bought the house. We continued to do business with this company and have not regretted that decision. We recently changed out our salt system for the non-salt system and really love it. Actually since we traded out the salt system my hair is now squeeky clean…it hasn’t been that way since we left Oregon in 2002. I didn’t know you could have really clean water in AZ until we traded our salt system for the non-salt system. I highly recommend the non-salt water conditioning offered by Boyett.

UPDATE 05.17.14
This is an excerpt from an article we just received from the manufacture of Filtersorb SP3

Revolutionary Scale Prevention Media

Green Technology: No Chemicals, No Sodium, No Regeneration, No Electricity, No Backwash, No Maintenance

Features; 5 year Media life, Nucleation Assisted Crystallization (NAC), Best Quality Drinking Water

Product Information:Filtersorb SP3 is the result of extensive research work along with its undisputable success in the market, worldwide since 2005.

Our core motivation for developing this product was to find an alternative to conventional ion exchange based water softeners, reverse osmosis or other chemical based systems that prevent scale.

Recent restrictions placed upon the above mentioned technology lead to an environment friendly, cost effective solution for hard water. Filtersorb SP3 completely takes care of the primary cause of scale forming cations viz.* Ca2+ and Mg2+.

Working Principle:When the hard water under goes nucleation* in the pressure vessel, the calcium bicarbonate Ca(HCO3)2 is transformed into aragonite form of calcium carbonate CaCO3 crystals. These crystals are formed through decomposition and crystallization process, forming very stable harmless crystals.

The following equation describes the reaction that occurs inside the pressure vessel when flow over grains of nucleation:

Ca(HCO3)2 =>CaCO3 + CO2 + H2O

The name fragment “SP (Scale Prevention) 3” is to indicate this unique transformation of water harness Ca(HCO3)2 into 3 components viz. 1. CaCO3 (micro-crystals) 2. CO2 (colloid*) and 3. H2O (pure)

In the pressure vessel, the equilibrium of carbonate species in water is changed, assisted by the driving force of stable crystal formation and therefore the reaction is pushed to the right =>. With this technology, as long as CO2 is being removed the soluble Ca(HCO3)2 converts into insoluble calcium carbonate (CaCO3) crystals.

The calcium carbonate crystals grow steadily. They are very stable and cannot dissolve (incapable of forming scale) in the water.

Glass grains crystallization sites provide increased nucleation sites for the formation of submicron sized CaCO3 crystals. Hence this amazing process is called Nucleation Assisted Crystallization or NAC in short.

Advantages:

  • No salt required
  • No back-washing required
  • No regeneration cycle required
  • No increase in sodium content in water
  • Removes the previous scales of plumbing
  • Catalytic process converts Ca and Mg into harmless microcrystals
  • Maintenance free. No extra cost incurred
  • No chemicals required for disinfection
  • No electrical connections required
  • No drain connections required
  • No control valves required
  • Very easy to install
  • Great Savings against conventional salt based water softeners
  • Provide the best quality Healthy water without the addition of Sodium or Phosphates.

Why we consider Filtersorb SP3 to be the BEST?
No TDS* change: As Filtersorb SP3 does not remove or add anything to the water. As no ion-exchange chemistry is used, the TDS of the water remains unchanged before and after the treatment.

No pH* change: pH value of the water remains the same. This factor makes the treated water suitable for almost any use where corrosion is concerned.

Minerals Preserved: Filtersorb SP3 does not add sodium or any chemicals to the water. It simply preserves the Calcium and Magnesium contents of water, making the treated water arguably the healthiest mineral water available. Both Calcium and Magnesium are quintessential for nervous systems and muscles functionalities. They are indispensable parts in the cell chemistry of the plants and most of the life forms on earth.

De-Scaling: Not only does Filtersorb SP3 prevent scale formation, but it also helps to remove the previously formed scales. During the flow some of the micro-bubbles are losing a small amount of CO2, which diffuses rapidly in water and interact with surface scale, especially in closed spaces (pipes, boilers, etc). As a result, the scale which is already present on these surfaces is removed slowly.

Biocidal* effect: The NAC process creates the conditions that water dissolved CO2 agglomerate* to form micro-bubbles. These CO2 bubbles actively destroy bacterial membranes acting as a biocide. So along with the scale prevention Filtersorb SP3 also helps to prevent Bio fouling.

 filtersorb preparation area

This is a picture that shows the area that we utilized to prepare the Filtersorb SP3 tanks and the carbon tanks for delivery to your home or office. It is true that we utilize recycling principles to keep our fees low. We recycle the fiberglass tanks. The fiberglass tanks contain the Filtersorb SP3 filter media and the carbon media. By utilizing recycling principles our company saves thousands of pounds of waste. Instead of placing these fiberglass tanks in the waste dumps we reuse them to improve the sustainability of our company and our industry.  Our company has utilized this recycling principle for over 48 years. We will always utilize this principle.  This image represents the area in which we evacuate the media to recycle each fiberglass tank.

I was impressed to see Sabastian recoating this area today.  We have very meticulous and clean people working in our company.  These people are impressive.  We are very conscious to utilize the appropriate coatings and parts and ingredients in all our processes.

Concerning our green movement:

This reminds me of that Barbara Mandrell song “I was country before country was cool” (Youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NN50ZU6jVwM)

Our company was green before green was cool. We plan to stay green and we plan to become greener as each day passes.

Our factory is located at 38 East 5th Avenue, Mesa Arizona. We invite our customers and vendors to visit our facility to see our work. We are very proud to show our inventive and harbinger processes and explain how we have developed our work for 48 years to raise the standard of our industry; aggrandize our client relationships; and make our products and services more sustainable and more affordable to you.

Special Information: Filtersorb SP3 has good capacity to absorb Iron, Copper, Manganese, Lead, Zinc etc. Hence in high concentration presence of these contaiminants the Filtersorb SP3 beads may change color and come to an end of the media life. From studies it’s also possible that the media might change color due to dye leaching from the container tank made of polyethelene.

Standard packaging and shipping mass: Filtersorb SP3 is packed in 60 Liter Drums.

Because Boyett’s Family purchases our water treatment ingredients in volume we can negotiate the best prices. This keeps our rates affordable. Our onus is to fit into your budget for the long term (forever and ever – we hope for this).

Filtersorb SP3 Nucleation and Mineralization By Deepak Chopra

Calcium Carbonate Nucleation and Mineralization

For the formulation of CaCO3 Precipitation on Layered Double Coating (LDC) on => SP3

Glass coated beads optimize the rate of crystallization process, and this effect is the most efficient.

The Filtorsorb SP3 is a polymer* with the hydrophilic* coating of ceramic which exert the ability to bind calcium as a nucleation* site of CaCO3 precipitation.   The uniquely glass surface reduces the total surface area, as surface area without coatinig is larger and nucleation and growth of crystal become almost impossible.  Without layered double coating (LDC), vaterite* phase transit into calcite form.  Calcite leaving the solution results scale on all surfaces.   The calcium carbonate crystals precipitates on the glass surface of SP3 are 80% Aragonite and 20% calcite.  Without glass coating only Calcite phase can be formed.  Glass surface inhibit the growth of crystal during the process resulting in formation of small particles (sub-micron crystals).

Here is some information I found about the benefits of carbon filtration.

Carbon Filtration:
What It Does, What It Doesn’t

by Gene Franks

The largest single section in the of the “EPA Regulated Water Contaminants” published in Water Technology magazine, is the section on Organics (including VOCs, or “Volatile Organics”). In this category the EPA lists 32 very nasty chemical contaminants — many with familiar names like benzene, 1,1 dichlorethylene, carbon tetrachloride, dioxin, styrene, toluene, chloroform, and vinyl chloride. To give an idea of the extensiveness of this list, a single one of the 32 items is “Total Trihalomethanes”, a category made up of still uncounted chemicals, assumed to number in the thousands, that are formed when water containing organic matter (i. e., virtually all water) is treated with chlorine. The maximum allowable level for trihalomethanes, which are suspected cancer causers and are present in virtually all chlorinated tap water, is only 1/10 of one part per million. For the Organics category, the primary treatment in all cases and the only recommended treatment in most cases, is activated carbon.

The EPA’s Pesticides category lists 14 familiar poisons such as Aldicarb, Chlordane, Heptachlor, and Lindane. In all 14 cases, activated carbon is the only recommended treatment. Of the 12 Herbicides listed (2,4-D, Atrazine, etc.), activated carbon is the only treatment recommended.

For Organics, Pesticides, and Herbicides, the standard treatment, and in most cases the only treatment recommended, is activated carbon.

When people say water filter, they most frequently mean a carbon filter of some variety, because since the Egyptians discovered that storing water in charcoal made it stay fresher and taste better, carbon has been a standard feature in water treatment. Its centuries of popularity attest to its effectiveness.

What is Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning next mission?

To develop a carbon based product to remove lead from our water.

….Activated carbon itself appears in the EPA list as a preferred treatment only for mercury, but carbon block filters can also be engineered to remove lead…..

This is our marketing story about how we developed a product to remove lead in the water.

I received an e mail from one of our Fast Track Music members (https://azh2o.com/fast-track-musical-instrument-and-voice-utilization-program-2/) that read as follows:

I thought you might have interest in this story from The Washington Post.

Beyond Flint: Anticipating the Impact on Water Treaters Nationwide

By Jason Wuliger

The tragedy of lead-laced water in Flint, Mich., has entered the national consciousness and has provoked a visceral reaction from the public: “Could this happen in my town? What’s under the ground affecting my water that I can’t see?” And for good reason: Over 15% of the homes in Flint have…

Right away I started thinking about a name for this product; and the first thing that came to my mind is

possible name for this product : lead killer

By utilizing this product name – included within our marketing picture can be my father’s double barrel 12 gauge shotgun.  We always seek to utilize my father’s accouterments and his artifacts (boots, cowboy hats and guns ‘there are many’)  when developing marketing media and ideas for our new product and processes.  Just a thought.

This situation first came to my attention while reading the newspaper in the early part of January.   I waited to post this Flint Michigan ‘lead in the water’ information on our web page out of compassion (this is an awful situation).  However, when I learned this same problem may exist in other regions (low PH water is causing lead to leach from plumbing ‘and getting into people’s water’); we decided to develop a product ‘to abolish lead from water’.

I e mailed Troy asking for a recipe to remove lead from tap water.

I received an

Email from Troy 02.03.16

Recipe for lead removal in water

The Lead removal options:  9×48 resin tank with clack backwashing valve with 1/3 of cubic ft of KDF backwashing at a rate of 10 gallons per minute.  The KDF will need replacing at least every 5 years.

2nd option: 20” BB Flow Plus is a ½ micron carbon block filter.

Troy sought guidance from the same company that has helped us to develop many of our recent products including (Filtersorb SP3 with carbon filtration, Dynamic duel water softener and carbon filter, +h2o+ph+ro and +h2o+ph+mg+ro).

The lead killer product will be included in our dynamic duel offering.  People who wish to purchase this out of Arizona – please call (480) 969-7251 or e mail hayden@azh2o.com or text (602) 291-4157.

Tp said that water has to be sent to a lab to test for lead

Tp mentioned the people magazine article about this

The lady who was holding the bottles up ‘and got the ball rolling on this issue’ may have had lead testing equipment in her home.

In a recent news story discussing the problem of lead in our water (https://www.wlbz2.com/news/health/excessive-lead-levels-found-in-almost-2000-water-systems-across-all-50-states/86453261)

…..a USA TODAY NETWORK investigation has identified almost 2,000 additional water systems spanning all 50 states where testing has shown excessive levels of lead contamination over the past four years.

… Many of the highest reported lead levels were found at schools and day cares. A water sample at a Maine elementary school was 42 times higher than the EPA limit of 15 parts per billion, while a Pennsylvania preschool was 14 times higher, records show. At an elementary school in Ithaca, N.Y., one sample tested this year at a stunning 5,000 ppb of lead, the EPA’s threshold for “hazardous waste.”

Boyett’s Family has a solution to remove lead in water.  By utilizing special designed carbon filtration products; we can remove lead in your water.  This product is called ‘no lead in your water’.

We just received a positive comment about this product on our Google:

Boyett’s Rayne has been the company of choice for our home water treatment for the past 18 years. Over 2 years ago we switched from a conventional water softener to a whole house water treatment system made up of a carbon prefilter with automatic backwash and filtersorb sp3 (scale prep) conditioner. The carbon filter removes chlorine and odors. The scale prep device prevents calcium scale, is maintenance free and uses no salt. Calcium and magnesium hardness is transformed into non-soluble micro crystals. Since switching to this system our pool has been sparkling clean and trouble free. Also, our electric water heater should last longer because sodium released from water softeners tends to accelerate anode consumption. For our drinking water we have an RO with alkalinity filter which Boyett Rayne replaces every year. We lease both the whole house and RO systems for peace of mind. Boyett Rayne technicians are on time and professional.
